Why there will be difference in the Number of Back links for a website when we check the back links as the following ways

1) link:www.eample.com

2) If use any back link checker tool

This commands are not exact. I suggest doing your backlinks analysis using Yahoo! Site Explorer and even Webmaster Central instead of using these commands. This will avoid hacking your backlink report with irrelevant entries.

A piece of advice you've probably heard it before: focus on quality
